1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Co2 Tool Zero ESG platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Use License & Permitted Access
Permission is granted to access the SaaS platform solely for the purpose of managing corporate greenhouse gas accounting, branch-wise ESG reporting, and generating compliance workpapers in accordance with your subscription tier.
Under this license you may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble platform calculation algorithms;
- Attempt to bypass tenant isolation boundaries or role-based access restrictions;
- Redistribute or resell access to the platform without prior written authorization.
3. Calculation Methodologies & Accuracy
Our platform applies international calculation frameworks (ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, DEFRA, Ecoinvent). While we ensure maximum mathematical precision, enterprise users remain responsible for the completeness and truthfulness of primary data entered into the system.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
